Italian, 17th century, reverse section, carved and polychromed frame, with imbricated laurel leaf and fruit ornament bound at the centres and corners, with acanthus leaf on an ogee section and rope twist back moulding. 
Frame retains the original finish and is fitted with antique mirror glass.
